CONDITIONERS

 The PALMER CONDITIONER is designed to provide heat and moisture conditioning of the product prior to pelleting.
Designed and manufactured by Palmer Milling Engineers the conditioner is simple to operate and can be supplied with multiple inlets to suit steam, water or other fluid as required by the customer & to suit the product being conditioned.
Each fluid inlet is fitted with a valve which can be used to vary the rate & temperature of conditioning.
A steam manifold and harness can be supplied to suit this conditioner.
  • The following items are supplied standard:-
  • V Belt drive - low noise, maintenance & running costs.
  • Solid shaft with bolt on paddles, fully adjustable in pitch angle.
  • Shaft supported on heavy duty bearings
  • Body and endplates manufactured from stainless steel.
  • Body complete with two access doors giving access to full length of shaft.
  • Outlets provided to suit customers requirements.
  • Product inlet size to suit customers requirement.
